TITLE: Customer Service Representative Marketing Services:
MarketNet is a growing west Michigan marketing services company providing fulfillment operations, inquiry
response solutions, and dealer incentive programs for corporations seeking to improve their marketing efforts
for their dealer networks. We are currently looking for a talented customer service/web support representative
to join our team full time. Applicants should be customer oriented, very detailed, and familiar with Microsoft
Excel, Outlook, Word, and general PC functionality. Familiarity with Microsoft Access would be a plus.
MarketNet focuses on a team approach to providing the best possible solutions for our clients, therefore, a person
with a collaborative style and a desire to grow within the company would be the optimal fit.
Responsibilities:
Professionally and accurately processing business to business and consumer orders placed by telephone or fax
for multiple corporate clients.
Providing friendly phone based user support for MarketNets proprietary web applications.
Updating and maintaining databases/lists using Microsoft Excel and web applications.
Quickly resolving and responding to customer email inquiries from client websites.
Proactive monitoring of lead management system and providing reminder phone calls to clients failing to provide
timely inquiry responses.
Outbound calling to existing customers for satisfaction surveys, record updates, and inquiry response reminders.
Periodic reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and MarketNets proprietary applications.
Skills/Abilities:
Organizational and multi-tasking skills a must.
A high level of familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn to use new programs quickly.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to recognize and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
Careful attention to details.
2 or more years of customer service experience is necessary.
Experience in list management and database cleansing would be a plus.
Demonstrate ability to listen to, understand, and solve customer issues.
Effective writing ability a must with a sample of your writing.
Education:
Associates or bachelors degree preferred.
