J.T. McDonald, President and Founder

J.T. McDonald founded MarketNet Services in 1996. A 25-year consumer and business-to-business marketing veteran, McDonald has held senior marketing positions at Brunswick Corporation, Intellitech, McDonnell Douglas, NEC Technologies and Software Publishing. During his career, he has launched more than 60 new products and turned around several struggling product lines.

McDonald has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, where he earned top academic honors. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Notre Dame.

JennJurgens

Jennifer Jurgens, Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Jennifer Jurgens has over 15 years of marketing experience, ranging from technical product development and strategic partnerships to business process analysis and advertising campaign creation. Her specialties include sales lead management and custom applications that integrate with legacy (CRM) systems, particularly in companies with complex sales channels. She has held management positions at several companies, including Adtegrity.com, an online advertising network; Mindpepper, a BDO Seidman project that brought new pricing models to the Internet; Pandesic, an e-commerce application service provider by Intel and SAP; and US Xchange, a regional CLEC and ISP.

In 2007, Jennifer spoke at the annual “Business-to-Business Demand Generation” summits presented by MarketingSherpa in Boston, MA and San Francisco, CA. She also completed the Direct Marketing Association’s certification program with an emphasis in creative strategies and email marketing. Jennifer has an MBA from the Seidman School of Business at Grand Valley State University. She also has a bachelor's degree in materials and logistics management, from Michigan State University's Eli Broad School of Business.

SteveRajkovich

Steve Rajkovich, Director of Database Development

Steve Rajkovich has over 10 years of business and consulting experience. Steve has participated in or led over 20 projects developing client- or web-based solutions utilizing Microsoft technology. He has provided both application and database development solutions for several companies including University Health Consortium (an online university hospital statistical-reporting company), Dow Chemical, Pfizer, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Avtech (provider of bioanalytical services).

Steve has a business administration degree in management from Western Michigan University and a business administration degree in application and system development from Davenport University.
